Our Spokane office is located in the historic Steam Plant Square on the 3rd floor, at 159 S. Lincoln St.
Spokane is the second-largest city in Washington and the largest metropolitan area between Seattle and Minneapolis and Calgary and Salt Lake City. Spokane is known for its beautiful river and falls that flow through the heart of downtown, just blocks from PacifiCAD’s Spokane offices. The river and surrounding mountains and forests inspired the city’s slogan: “Spokane: Near Nature. Near Perfect.”
Spokane is the location of Cyan, the pioneering interactive game makers of Myst and Riven; as well as the nationally-known film production companies, North by Northwest and Cornerbooth Productions. The NCAA powerhouse Gonzaga University Bulldogs also call the city home.
Directions
You can reach our Spokane location coming from the east, by taking the Lincoln St. exit off I-90 and going north on Lincoln St. crossing both 3rd and 2nd Streets, and passing under the railroad bridge which is just north of 2nd Street. (Lincoln is a one-way north street.) After coming under the bridge, you can turn immediately into the parking lot, which will be on your right. After parking, walk south on Lincoln to the entrance of the Steam Plant Square on your left, about half a block. Enter the doors and walk across the small underground parking area to the main building where you can take the elevator to our office on the 3rd floor.
Alternatively, you can take Post Street (actually a 2 way street) going south and turn into the same parking lot on your right, which will be just after 1st Street as you go south on it.

Our Helena office is 1/2 block east of the intersection of Montana Avenue on Birch Street.
Helena is the capitol of Montana, and was founded in the
mid-1800s when gold was discovered in Last Chance Gulch. Notable
residents have included historian and author Steven Ambrose (Band of
Brothers), and actor Gary Cooper. The city is now a regional hub for
higher education and healthcare.
Helena is a beautiful Victorian-era city, located just
eight miles east of the Continental Divide and is surrounded by
mountain ranges and wildlife areas. Lewis and Clark traveled through
the region on the Missouri River on their famed expedition in 1805
at-tach a material, it is added to the drawing and displayed as a
swatch in the Materials window.
